We want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Juicy Couture hangtags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process.
